Monica Langhorne has joined the premier team of TELES Properties, where she will be working closely with its Montecito Group managing principal, Andria Kahmann. Monica has a great deal to offer any discretionary home–buyer. Born and raised on the coast, Monica has enjoyed being an active member of the community through pro–active volunteerism and social event planning, raising three daughters along side her husband, a successful area businessman. Some of her volunteer efforts include: Santa Barbara Christian Women's Club (served on various committees), Hospitality committee for the International World Polo event, CALM, PTA's, Avon Walk for a Cure in New York, Girl Scout co-leader, CADA (Council on Drug and Alcoholism), singing and playing the guitar for a Fiesta Celebration at the Old Mission, and creating a summer music class for Girl's Inc.
Monica has a background in banking, sales, and property management; so she is not a stranger to understanding what it takes to excel and the importance of customer service and confidentiality.
