Richard Filipini

Richard V. Filippini began his real estate career in Chicago and has been involved in both commercial and residential real estate in various parts of the country for the past 30 years. He was cofounder and a managing partner in two of Chicago's most prestigious real estate firms.

His commercial real estate efforts were concentrated in office building development, leasing, land acquisitions, and the sale of major office buildings. He represented an impressive list of Fortune 500 Corporations in the development, leasing, and sales of buildings in excess of ten million square feet.

Richard, a father of five, has been a Montecito resident for twenty three years. He has acquired some of the most impressive real estate in Montecito for his own portfolio. He has also had extensive experience in residential land subdivisions, marketing and representing both buyers and sellers of luxury residential real estate.

He has extensive experience in all phases of real estate and has always prided himself in his professional and ethical representation and the attaining the best results for his clients.
